Summary Controls
- Point-to-Point Balancing: Balance summary level information across reports, business applications, processes and technology platforms
- Cycle-to-Cycle Balancing: Compare and balance control values from the current cycle against those from previous cycles
- Duplicate Detection: Ensure the uniqueness of files and/or transactions over time at the same processing point

- Ensure pending payments input for current cycle equals pending payments from prior cycle
